Led by the Counselor, Al-Afandia Research and Development Center continuously monitors the best practices and technologies adopted in international production plants. These systems are then built and developed to transform into environmentally friendly, sustainable food systems
The Counselor strengthened his relations with investors and businessmen by serving pilgrims (Hajjis) and Umrah performers, which facilitated his entry into other fields in several countries around the world. Including the field of clothing industry in Turkey and Egypt, the aluminum industry in Saudi Arabia and also the export of halal food to Sweden. As well as the export of food to African and East Asian countries.
Counselor/ Abdullah Aitani has developed central kitchens to reach 460,000 meals per day. This is to serve pilgrims (Hajjis) and also to contribute to reducing the annual waste crisis in Hajj season, which amounts to thousands of tons of organic and inorganic waste.
The solution devised by the Counselor is to transform the central kitchens of the Al-Afandia Company into meal production plants. These meals do not cause any organic waste with the use of recyclable dishes.
As a result, instead of the presence of kitchens in the middle of the holy sites and the attendant risks of cooking and safety, and the increase in waste resulting from food processing, the large presence of labor and the need for storage spaces and equipment. Ready meals now reach the pilgrims (Hajjis) directly without the need for the cooking process in the middle of the holy sites, in addition to reducing traffic jam, by not entering the subsistence trucks during the presence of pilgrims in the holy sites, which provides safe walking areas for pedestrian and ensures that there are no trucks for subsistence.
The Counselor is a representative of one of the international companies specialized in food quality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The central kitchens of Al-Afandia Company are ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP food safety certified.
Counselor/ Abdullah Ghaze Affendi Aitani has created and developed five production lines that serve Islamic and Arab kitchens that did not exist before at the global level. Develop it from the designing and planning stages, then modelling and even building and operating an integrated production line with all the equipment and machines that have been designed and invented to serve Islamic and Arab kitchen and the development is still ongoing.
Production lines contributed to maintaining quality and increase the efficiency to produce large quantities in a short period and rely on a small number of human cadres.
